Our process is all about collaboration and ensuring that every detail of your online presence reflects the true essence of your brand, so your website doesn’t just look great, it tells the compelling story that attracts your ideal audience and drives your business forward.

3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1

VISUALIZE

Once you have chosen your plan and booked, we’ll kick off with a strategy session to chat about your business and vision. Topics we’ll cover include your main goals, design inspiration and your content & visuals.

Afterwards, you begin gathering your content to include all copy and visuals.

STEP 2

DESIGN

Next, we will use the copy, visuals, branding and any other content you’ve provided to begin creating a website you love.

This is about a two-week process -however, largely depends on how quickly we receive the necessary content from you.

STEP 3

SUPPORT

Depending on how hands on you want to be with your site, we can always offer a short tutorial of the site. Once the website is live, you’ll receive two weeks of site support.

If you don’t want to make updates in the future you can always book us at our hourly rate!

The timeline for building a website depends on the complexity of the project. Our Glow Up website package typically takes 4 weeks. However, more complex projects may take longer. We always provide a clear timeline at the beginning of the project to keep you informed.

Yes! We provide brand strategy, logo design, and content creation as part of our services. Whether you need compelling copy for your website or a full rebranding, our team is here to help you tell your unique story and engage your target audience.

Do I need to provide content for my website?

Yes, we’ll work with you to gather the necessary content, such as text, images, and branding materials. However, if you need help with content creation, we offer copywriting and image curation services as well.

Will I be able to update my website myself after it's launched?

Absolutely! We provide website training as part of our service so that you feel confident managing and updating your website. We also offer tutorial videos and ongoing support if you need assistance after the launch.
